1. A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without providing any reason and without incurring any costs.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires to the Seller's address.
2. A sample withdrawal form is available on the Online Store's website under the "Withdrawal from the contract" tab and is also attached to the email confirming the Order.
The consumer may use this sample form, but it is not mandatory.
3. The consumer is obliged to return the product to the Seller without delay, and no later than within 14 calendar days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the product before the 14-day period expires. The product should be returned to the Seller's address.
4. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the item in connection with the withdrawal from the contract.
5. In the event of a withdrawal, the consumer will be reimbursed for all payments received (no later than within 14 calendar days), including the delivery costs.
An exception applies if the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered by the Online Store — in such a case, the consumer bears the cost of delivery.
6. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
